You must request any cancellations or modifications to your order within 4 hours of the time of purchase. All order times are based on the Eastern Time (ET) zone to align with our company address in New York, NY.

We strive to process orders efficiently, and requests received beyond this 4-hour window may not be possible as the order may already be in the fulfillment and shipment process.

Requests After the 4-Hour Window

If your request is received after the 4-hour window has passed, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled or modified.

If your order has already been processed for shipment or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy once you receive the item if you wish to return it for a refund, subject to the terms of that policy.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your delivery address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Lifegifty, operated by Related Advantaged Residential Associates Inc, is not responsible for issues, delays, or non-delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

In cases where an order is returned to us due to an inaccurate or undeliverable address, you may be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred to reship the order to the corrected address. We will contact you to arrange for reshipment in such instances.
